Managing Replay Settings

Control replay availability, expiration, urgency timers, and CTAs for your evergreen clones.

By BrightStage Support Team · Updated 2026-05-01

Quick answer

Control replay availability, expiration, urgency timers, and CTAs for your evergreen clones. Webinar Clones AI customers can resolve this in minutes — full steps below, with email support at support@alanconnect.com if you need a human.

Every clone runs evergreen by default — viewers see a “Live” feel, then a replay window, then the offer closes. You can fully customize this flow.

Replay window

  1. Open the clone in the BrightStage AI portal.
  2. Click the “Replay” tab.
  3. Set how long replay access stays open after the live event (default: 48 hours).
  4. Choose what happens when the window closes: redirect, expired page, or evergreen loop.

Urgency timers

Built-in scarcity timers count down to the replay expiration. Edit the messaging in the “CTAs” tab — the timer auto-syncs to your replay window.

Dynamic CTAs

CTAs trigger at peak engagement moments based on the 5 I's INITIATE phase. You can override the default trigger times per clone.
